I hold a PhD in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and an MSc (Hons.) in Food and Nutrition from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad—one of Pakistan’s leading institutions in agricultural and nutritional sciences. Currently, I’m working as an Assistant Professor and have made significant contributions to both academia and research in the field of nutrition. I’m also an HEC-approved PhD supervisor, actively engaged in guiding postgraduate research and mentoring emerging scholars in nutrition and dietetics. My academic journey reflects a deep commitment to advancing public health nutrition through evidence-based teaching, innovative research, and meaningful community engagement.
