I hold a Master of Science (Hons.) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, and have published several research articles and book chapters in reputable journals and publications.
My research interests focus on nutritional biochemistry, functional foods, and the development of nutraceuticals for the management of chronic diseases. I am particularly interested in exploring the therapeutic potential of bioactive compounds and functional foods in disease prevention and management.
My expertise extends to developing functional and nutraceutical food products for the food industry, targeting malnutrition and various micronutrient deficiencies.
