Rahat Ayub is a skilled Physiotherapist and Assistant Professor at the University of Management and Technology (UMT), where she has been serving since December 15. She holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Health Sciences (UHS) and combines her clinical expertise with a strong academic foundation. Before joining UMT, Rahat gained extensive hands-on experience at Al Shafi Hospital, and worked at the Rising Sun Institute for Special Children, where she contributed to the rehabilitation and support of differently-abled children with compassion and dedication. She has authored 10 research publications in peer reviewed journals, reflecting her commitment to advancing knowledge in physical therapy and evidence-based practice. Her professional interests include rehabilitation and the integration of clinical skills into academic learning. Rahat is known among peers and students for her disciplined, focused approach and strong work ethic.
